For the first time in years I didn’t go away anywhere this winter. Which made it seem like winter just went on forever.
I don’t care who says Sydney winters are mild – I’m not good in winter at all. Winter for me is like one long episode of PMS, and the longer it goes on the worse I get. Doc very deliberately doesn’t sharpen the kitchen knives between April and September.
As we didn’t go away anywhere this winter I used the time to work on my garden, and now spring is here, I’m happy again and the garden is looking beautiful.
And I can get out in the sunshine and take lots of photos – practicing of course.
